Yesterday I even did some yoga with my daughter. Yoga with a toddler only lasted about two minutes but she was kind enough to let me go for ten. I definitely count that as a victory!
The ability to get outside is always rejuvenating to me. The past few days I have been low on energy and the ability to use some of these warm weather tools to relax and renew is helping.
I'm grateful for the beautiful weather. I'm grateful for flip flops. I'm grateful for gentle breezes and even some clouds drifting overhead. I'm grateful for self-care practices getting to move outside. I'm grateful for the way nature rejuvenates me. And I'm grateful to get back in the swing and model these important practices for my daughter.
