One of my favorite activities was taking my first ocean water scuba dives. It was so serene down there and the spotted eagle rays, sting ray, and fish were so graceful. I love how fish travel together much like birds, moving in synch and creating a larger form. It was all so beautiful and reflective to me.
Now that I am home I feel a renewed gratitude here too. There is a renewed beauty to the trees and to the sounds of family and friends' laughter. And to have my sweet dogs cuddled up around me again is such a blessing. I am so blessed and so grateful!
I'm grateful for the soft hum of the refrigerator that I had not heard in the various hotels and lodging. I'm grateful to gaze upon the backyard and see the stillness. I'm grateful to wake early and do yoga under my sunlamp this morning. I'm grateful to see my husband off to work as we adjust back into our routine. I'm grateful to have had two weeks just the two of us to grow even closer. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to see Costa Rica in all its beauty and adventure. And I'm grateful to be back to share my stories and reconnect with loved ones. I'm so grateful to be back online to share my gratitude with you.
How was your last couple weeks? What are you grateful for in what has happened and where you are today? May today bless you with fresh eyes to see your life. May you find gratitude in the day to day blessings. Have a beautiful day!
