I'm grateful for the reminder to balance! I have been going in all different directions lately and letting stress get the bast of me in some situations. I'm grateful to be reminded today that I do know what is best for me. I'm grateful to see just how important it is to stay balanced and take care of myself. You cannot take care of others for the duration if you are not keeping care of yourself as well. I'm grateful to be back to work, tuning into myself and to what I love! How do you take care of yourself? How do you maintain bal

I'm grateful to wake this morning and release a big sigh. I find taking a deep breathe and sighing it out is a great way to physically release and relax. I'm grateful for my two dogs that were more than happy to snuggle me this morning. I'm grateful for their sighs when I get up to start my day. I'm grateful for a fun day ahead and to get back to work after a quiet week last week. I'm grateful for the sun shining to start off the week! And I'm grateful for an uplifting mantra this morning. Happy Monday! How can you start your week fresh and lay down last week's stress? How often do you
I'm grateful for the reminder to not take life too seriously. I'm grateful for a day of laughter yesterday and to wake up in a silly mood today! I'm grateful to wake to sweet dog cuddles and to get to run through the house playing and getting them all riled up! I'm grateful to be me today and go wherever life takes me! And I'm grateful that one of those places it will take me today is to my church family for some great music and celebration! In what ways can you let go today and just see where life takes you? Which direction will you choose to paddle? Happy Sunday, everyone!
I'm grateful for an amazing concert last night! I'm grateful to have learned more about the awesome charitable work that Michael Franti and Spearhead does for people all over the world. I was beyond touched by the new organization to help bring the terminally ill to live music venues and to see it in action. I'm so grateful for people like this all over that are an inspiration in what it means to love each other. I'm grateful to have shared such a fun experience with a friend I've known most my life! And I'm grateful to wake up to a cool, rainy morning! This life is so beautiful, how can we share it with those in need? Random acts of love is a good start. What can you do today to inspire love in a stranger? I will have my eyes open today for ways to Lov
I'm grateful for the cycles of life. I'm grateful to see there is a time to hold on and a time to release. I'm grateful when I can let go of what needs to be released without pain or extra drama. This is not always the case, but I am grateful for easy releases. I'm grateful for the messages in my dreams that help me to sort things out and see what needs to go and what can stay. I'm grateful for an amazing support system of friends and family that remind me I am not alone. I have been working on releasing fears this week and yet several friends have been saying their goodbyes to loved ones. I'm grateful to hold loving space for them as they say their goodbyes in the ways that are best for them. What needs released in your life? Is there a fear or struggle you have been reluctant to give up? Or perhaps you too are saying goodbye to a loved one? Either way, know you are always supported! I'm so grateful for each of you and I'm grateful for this community. If you are needing support please feel free to email or make a note on our prayer request forum so as a community we can share some love and support to get you through this time. Namasté
I'm grateful this morning for the things that have been shaking me up over the last couple days. I'm grateful to be finding some clarity in these "tests". Sometimes the things we want the most are the very things we stumble over. And, at least for me, it is not until I back up and release that "need to know" feeling that the answers truly come. When I focus on the step I am taking in this moment instead of the rock in the path 20 feet ahead I find I can travel just fine. In fact, most the time by the time I reach the rock, if I am focusing on that one step, the rock becomes a mere pebble anyway. I'm grateful for all the reminders lately from my wonderful friends and family. I'm grateful for the reminder of gratitude. I'm grateful for the treasures that are hidden within what we perceive as obstacles. I'm grateful for this and so much more! I'm grateful for all of you in my life. What rock is in your path? What hidden gem can you find within it?
I'm so grateful to wake up to Autumn fog! I'm grateful to live near a lake which makes the fog even more majestic! I'm grateful to be able to wake, peek outside, and immediately shift gears into throwing on pants and jumping in the car with my camera and my dogs! I'm grateful for how peaceful and calm the fog makes me feel and for the memories it brings back of Ireland! And I'm grateful for the way the day heats and the sun shines through it making the veil slowly lift to reveal the bright colors of day. What is the fog in your life? What gives you that sigh of contentment and that peaceful feeling? I love the metaphor fog shows of something dense blurring our vision and then slowly lifting to reveal the bright colors of a new day! What magic will be revealed today? Time will tell! Have a beautiful day, everyone!
I'm grateful for the rainbow of colors coming through the room as the sun passes over the beveled glass. I'm grateful to have these colors lighting myself and my surroundings in such a magical way. All of us, at one time or another, have had our heart crack from a relationship gone awry or a loved one passing. It does not feel good in those moments and yet there is always more love pouring in. Each instance carves our heart to be uniquely our own and it is those very carvings and cracks that give us even more beauty. It is like a window. When the sun shines on a regular glass window the light just passes through it. But if there is a bevel, a crack, or any other shape to the glass, suddenly that light is refracted into a beautiful rainbow of colors. I believe the same is true for the heart. Each situation shapes out heart allowing it to beam the light in even more beautiful ways. I'm grateful for this. I'm grateful to be working through some old fears and seeing the beauty that was hidden beneath. I'm grateful to strive to fly as if I had never fallen, love like I had never been hurt, and shine my light on the world as a colorful rainbow instead of a beam. What old pains are you holding on to today? Are you willing to see them as a gift to release so your own rainbow can shine through?
I'm so grateful to have faith! I'm grateful to believe in the power of love and to have that reaffirmed by those I love. I'm grateful to see happy couples getting married and the people I love living out their lives with the ones they love! I'm grateful to have faith in the infinite possibilities that exist and to believe that anything is possible. I'm grateful to be open to new beginnings! Each day is a new beginning, a new chance to love fully, speak truthfully, and be authentically and uniquely you! I'm grateful to be me today. I'm grateful for my amazing life and all those that I share it with. How will you celebrate today's new beginning? Who will you choose to spend your time with? I'm grateful to have a flexible schedule so that I can take my beautiful mom to lunch! Have a fantastic Monday, everyone!
I'm grateful to be home. I'm grateful that even after the long car ride I still enjoyed a ride on the 4wheeler. I'm grateful to see my sweet dogs' eager faces welcoming me home! I'm grateful to have such a great family both out of town and locally! And I'm happy to be celebrating several birthdays today. One friend in particular has asked that for his birthday, instead of presents, if everyone would perform a random act of kindness for a stranger. What a beautiful idea! So if you would like to join in the celebration today (or any day) please pass these loving acts along. How different would our world be if every person committed five random acts of kindness each day? We live in such a beautiful world! How will you do your part to make it even more beautiful?
