This morning I'm grateful for the words to say I'm sorry. I'm grateful to recognize my anxiety and step back from it so I can rebalance once again. I'm grateful to have great friends. I'm grateful for forgiveness and love both from myself and others. I'm grateful to use a variety of techniques to clear the physical signs of anxiety from my body. I'm grateful for the symphony of nature that is accompanying me this morning with the windows open. And I'm grateful to return to a state of restfulness now that the message has been processed.
