I'm grateful for time to play with my dogs and remind them they are still loved. I'm grateful for baby snuggles and listening to her breathe as I type this blog one handed. I'm grateful to find some techniques that seem to be working for getting my little one to sleep better at night. I'm grateful to get the emotional all clear that what I was experiencing was normal and grateful to feel it passing as self care and sleep help me process.
I'm grateful to get to celebrate the three year anniversary of my husband and my first date and reconnect to our relationship. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful partner as we build this life and navigate parenthood. I'm grateful for his humor and patience. I'm grateful for his great cooking and grilling skills. And I'm grateful to remember to put our relationship as an equal priority in this new adventure.
I'm grateful for the moments of feeling like we've got this covered. And I'm grateful for a partner when it becomes obvious we are still new ti this adventure. I'm grateful for sleep and to rejoin the living!
