I'm grateful to return to this practice. I'm grateful for the way yoga made me feel this morning. I'm grateful to listen to the signs and sounds around me. I'm grateful to keep my commitment to myself today. I'm actually grateful for the musical sound the rain played on the skylights to accompany my practice this morning. I'm grateful for that quiet time to myself before the rest of the house wakes. I'm grateful to feel more in-tune with my body, mind, spirit, and nature. And I'm grateful to listen to more guidance from my body on how to bring it back to full balance.
