I have been prone to stress induced chest pains since I was in my teens. Over the last five months I have been getting them at least once a week. It is part of trying to rebalance in my new roles and I have done my best to be mindful and calm myself when it happens. My theme for 2017 is "Heart". It is a combination of loving and being mindful of not only how I show love but also how I take care of my own heart. This gift from my husband is such a beautiful way to help me with that goal and keep me aware even when the distractions of being a new mom are pulling.
